At age 4, Joshua wanted to feed the hungry. The extraordinary young man has since built an organization that has served more than 6 million meals to 700,000 people in need.
PINE RIDGE RECONCILIATION CENTER
Located on a Native Reservation in one of the poorest counties in the nation, this organization provides food, shelter, and social services to local residents.
TEENS4TEENS HELP
Founded by two parents after their daughter went through an extremely difficult time in high school, this organization provides online support to teenagers suffering from mental or emotional health challenges.

HEARTS AND HOOVES CORRAL
Horses can help people heal, whether they're a child with special needs or a war veteran. Founded on a family farm, these stables in Chattanooga, Tenn., offer equine therapy services to the community.
JOSHUA'S PLACE
What started as a food pantry in a basement grew to help kids in need in five school districts across southeastern Ohio. They're going even further to help people break free of the cycle of addiction and poverty.

Three women in Gardendale, Alabama, each endured terrible personal tragedies. They came together to turn their harrowing experiences into hope and support for families with critically ill children.
